Beti Bachao Beti Padhao scheme, 78.91% have been spent on 'media advocacy', the parliamentary committee on Empowerment of

Women has informed Lok Sabha. The committee, in its report, also pointed out that only 156.46 crore of the overall T848-crore budget has been spent on the implementation of the scheme during 2016-2019.
