Slovakia to offer cash payments to over-60s to get COVID-19 

The Slovakian Parliament on Thursday approved cash payrments for those over 60 who get vaccinated against COVID-19, or receive booster shots, in an aim to increase vaccination rates in the country. Those who receive booster shots by mid-January will get €300 (25,598), while those over 60 that sign up for the vaccine will be entitled to €200 R17,065).
